P.S.G. Krishnan
Krishnan was employed with the ETA Group as an Executive Director and implemented the first biomass power plant in Punjab and a second plant near Madurai. The equipment required for the Project is designed by Krishnan and is being patented. He is also currently working on designing an energy efficient Rubber Mulching and Granulation Plant.
Rajesh Krishnan
Rajesh holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain and Transport Management, CIT Cork in Ireland. He has been in the belting business since 2012. He has sourced and supplied conveyor belts to/from Canada, USA, Australia, South Africa, Japan, Spain, Czech, Ghana, Germany, and India. He is in charge of the day-to-day operations of the Company which includes sourcing the conveyor belts, supply chain management, and vendor development.
N. Loganathan
We are delighted to announce that N. Loganathan has joined Alternative Green Initiatives India Pvt Ltd as a professional Director to assist the company with its day to day operations and achieve its goal to become the global leader in repurposing discarded conveyor belts.
Prior to joining us, he was with M/s. Promac Engineering Industries, Bangalore for 22 years in various positions culminating with the Post of Chief General Manager of Manufacturing and Field services.
Loganathan has more than 40 years of experience in the field of manufacturing, installation and troubleshooting of heavy equipment used in cement, steel and power plants.
Trudy Merlot
Trudy is our chief product and marketing advisor. She holds a certification in Agriculture specializing in Livestock diseases and allergies. With more than 20 years’ experience, she is highly regarded in the Australian equine and cattle farm industry having provided innovative solutions with repurposed conveyor belts. Trudy will develop the export market for the Company with value added rubber products like crumb rubber, mulch, granulated rubber, rubber matting, and other products derived from the discarded belts to the Australian market.
Priya Padmanabhan
Priya is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CGA) with nearly fifteen years of experience working with international and local accounting firms. She is highly experienced in financial forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, and financial planning.
